Über den Autor und weitere Mitwirkende
Dr. Christoph Neeb, Jahrgang 1962, studierte Jura, Philosophie und Volkswirtschaftslehre in Gießen, Freiburg und Basel. 1991 Magisterexamen, 1997 Promotion zum Dr. phil. in Freiburg, danach Assistent der Geschäftsleitung in einem Großhandels- und Exportunternehmen für Naturwaren. 2000 Weiterbildung im Steuerrecht. Seit 2001 als Dozent für EDV und Steuerrecht in der Erwachsenenbildung tätig. Er unterrichtet die Programme Microsoft Office und DATEV sowie die Fächer Umsatzsteuer, Einkommensteuer und Internationales Steuerrecht.

Das Buch ist in Ansatz und Ausführung veraltet. Viele Erläuterungen, wie etwas zu buchen sei, stammen offensichtlich aus einer Zeit, in der noch von Hand in einem Buch eingetragen wurde. (Bsp: wie Umsätze in Nettobetrag und Umsatzsteuer zu trennen sei. Das macht auch das einfachste Buchhaltungsprogramm heute automatisch, wenn man seine Umsatzkonten richtig eingerichtet hat. Zu diesem wichtigen Punkt der Einrichtung von Konten und der heute gebräuchlichen Kontenrahmen SKR03 und SKR04 enthält das Buch aber praktisch nichts.)In Summe ist das Buch weder für den brauchbar, der selbst die Buchhaltung erstellen will, noch für den, der als Manager die Arbeit der Buchhaltung leiten oder auch nur verstehen und prüfen will.
